Connecting Your ERP or Accounting System
Quick Receivable syncs accounts, invoices, and payment data with your ERP or accounting system so your AR team works from current information without manual re-entry.
Supported Connections
Quick Receivable connects with common ERP and accounting systems, including SAP. Exactly what syncs, and in which direction, depends on how your specific connection is configured. Confirm the details of your setup with your implementation contact rather than assuming full two-way sync by default.
Quick Receivable Integrates With
- Stripe
- Dun & Bradstreet
- Equifax
- DocuSign
- Retell
- Google Document AI
- SAP
- QuickBooks
For details on each integration, see Quick Receivable integrations.
What Typically Syncs
| Data | Typical Direction |
|---|---|
| Customer accounts | ERP → Quick Receivable |
| Open invoices and amounts | ERP → Quick Receivable |
| Payments and cash receipts | ERP → Quick Receivable |
| Applied cash / reconciled payments | Quick Receivable → ERP |
Sync Scheduling
Sync frequency is configurable to match your operational needs. Enterprise customers commonly run data syncs multiple times per day (for example, three times daily) to keep aging, invoice status, and payment data current without waiting on an overnight batch.
Setting Up a Connection
- Gather the credentials or connected app details your ERP or accounting system requires.
- Work with your implementation contact to map fields between your ERP and Quick Receivable, particularly invoice status, GL or cost center codes, and payment terms.
- Run an initial sync in a Sandbox and confirm accounts, invoices, and payments match your source system before connecting Production.
- Set your production sync schedule and confirm the first few scheduled syncs complete successfully.
If You're Not Ready to Connect an ERP
You can bring accounts and invoices into Quick Receivable manually or by import, and connect an ERP or accounting system later without losing existing AR data. Any report or list view in Quick Receivable can also be exported to Excel for offline analysis in the meantime.
