WillScot – North America’s leading provider of modular space and portable storage solutions
Quick Receivables has fundamentally transformed how we manage collections giving us true transparency into our receivables and collector activity while enabling a smooth transition off our legacy platform in under three months. The result is improved accountability, stronger decision making, and a scalable foundation to modernize credit and collections.
WillScot was preparing to sunset its legacy collections platform, GetPaid, while ensuring there was no disruption to ongoing receivables and dispute operations. This created three critical challenges
GetPaid was being decommissioned with a hard deadline, requiring a stable new Collections and Disputes platform before that date.
The existing process relied on a once-daily synchronization from SAP, resulting in outdated views of receivables, collections actions, and disputes for most of the business day.
WillScot needed to ensure that open disputes, notes, and collector context from GetPaid were preserved, so that the transition did not affect collector effectiveness or customer experience.
Differenz implemented Quick Receivables, a Salesforce-native Collections management solution, tightly integrated with SAP and tailored for WillScot’s operational model.
Quick Receivables was integrated with SAP using three daily delta loads (incremental data updates of new changed transactions since the last full load), significantly improving the freshness of receivables data versus the prior once-daily model.
A centralized solution for collectors, supervisors, and leadership to manage accounts, invoices, disputes, and customer interactions from a single interface.
Migrated open disputes, customer contacts, and historical notes from GetPaid to preserve institutional knowledge and ensure continuity for collectors.
Implemented intelligent task and dispute creation based on invoice aging, account priority and other attributes to structure collector workflows and improve focus on high-risk accounts.
Delivered dashboards for leadership and supervisors covering CEI, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), account aging, dispute performance, and collector activity.
Built on Salesforce with a scalable design aligned to WillScot’s roadmap for Credit Management, real-time middleware integration, AI enablement, and historical data expansion.
