Kolleno is a strong AR platform that runs outside Salesforce and charges per seat. Here are the alternatives, with pricing, Salesforce fit and honest limits.

The right Kolleno alternative depends on where your team works. If collectors live in Salesforce, look at Quick Receivable. If you want a standalone platform, look at Upflow, Chaser or Gaviti. If you run a large business with many entities, look at Billtrust or HighRadius.
Quick Receivable is built natively on Salesforce and costs $100 per user per month. It has no customer payment portal, no SMS reminders and no multi-entity support. Kolleno has all three. So it fits Salesforce teams that need collections, disputes and cash application inside the CRM.
Teams search for Kolleno alternatives for three reasons. The price per seat adds up. The platform sits outside the CRM. Or the ERP they run only appears on a higher plan.
This guide covers the main Kolleno competitors for Salesforce teams and for teams that want a standalone tool. Every entry covers the job it does, the price and the limits.
Kolleno is an order-to-cash platform founded in 2020, with offices in London and New York. It covers collections, a customer payment portal, cash application, credit risk, disputes, reconciliation and e-invoicing. Its dunning workflows are drag and drop, and the vendor says it ships with more than 100 prebuilt workflows. It is ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type 2 certified.
On Salesforce, Kolleno runs outside the CRM and connects through what it calls an official integration. The sync works both ways and updates daily. It pushes billing and chasing data into Salesforce and pulls contract and account fields back, so collectors can use Salesforce fields in email templates.
Kolleno publishes its pricing. Business Pay lists at $650 per user per month and Business Plus at $1,245, with lower annual rates of $545 and $995 on the annual toggle. Enterprise and Enterprise Plus are custom quotes. Plans are gated by annual turnover, starting at $1 million, and higher plans set minimum seat counts. Integrations and customization can cost extra. Kolleno scores 4.9 on G2 from about 100 reviews and 5.0 on Capterra from 8. Our Kolleno review goes deeper on the product.
Teams look for alternatives to Kolleno for four reasons.
Decide where collectors should work, in Salesforce or in a separate tool. Then check five things.
This is Quick Receivable's site, so it opens the list. Its gaps sit in the entry, next to Kolleno's strengths.
Quick Receivable runs inside Salesforce instead of next to it. Collectors open the same account record that sales and service use, so there is no second login and no sync to wait on. It starts where your ERP stops. Invoices come from the ERP, because Quick Receivable does not create them. From there it covers reminders, promises, disputes, credit and cash application, the full Salesforce accounts receivable workload.
Reminders run on a schedule. Dunning starts before the due date and ends with a final notice, and every missed promise to pay gets a follow-up of its own. Disputes carry an owner, a reason and a history, and collectors can hold reminders on a disputed invoice.
Credit risk gets a credit risk score from 0 to 100, built from Equifax data, how customers pay, broken promises and dispute rate. For customers who skip email, AI collection calls place the follow-up and log the outcome and sentiment.
Your ERP feeds it through the SAP or QuickBooks integration. Teams on NetSuite, Xero or Dynamics should ask the Quick Receivable team about fit first.
WillScot, which carries $2.8B+ in receivables, finished its rollout in about 4 weeks. The WillScot case study covers how.

Evaluation: Choose Quick Receivable when collectors live in Salesforce, your ERP is SAP or QuickBooks, and seat price matters. Choose Kolleno when you need a customer payment portal, SMS reminders, several entities, or an ERP like NetSuite or Xero. Salesforce licenses cost extra.

Start with where collectors work. If they live in Salesforce and your ERP is SAP or QuickBooks, a native tool keeps one record and one login. If they work in a separate tool anyway, Kolleno, Upflow, Chaser and Gaviti all fit.
Then check payments. Kolleno has a customer payment portal and SMS reminders. Quick Receivable has neither. If customers pay by card or ACH through a portal, that decides it. If they already pay through Stripe, the Stripe integration syncs those payments into Salesforce and matches them to invoices.
Price the seats. Quick Receivable is $100 per user per month, and implementation is a one-time fee between $0 and $10,000. Salesforce licenses cost extra. Kolleno lists $545 to $1,245 per user per month. Upflow prices by invoiced revenue with unlimited users. Put your own invoice volume into the DSO calculator to see how much a faster collection cycle is worth.
If the job is chasing old balances only, start with debt collection software. If you want a full workflow, read about AR collections software.
Last, trial it on live data. The free 15-day product trial is enough to see how collectors would use it, and most setups go live in about four weeks.
